We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the spacious suites with balconies on both sides, perfect for watching the sunset or sunrise. The location was in a busy area but still in a quiet residential area, with easy transportation to both the local food places and most major sights within an hour. Additionally, parking was easy on the quiet street outside the entrance.

The breakfast was also a highlight, with many delish options available.

There was a minor issue with a pump noise that could be heard from the bedroom.

We stayed at the Medina Loft & Spa in Marrakesh and had an amazing experience. The spaciousness and quality of finish of the apartment were top-notch. We loved lounging on the beautiful balcony and enjoying the view. The clean linen and comfortable big beds made for a restful stay. And the cooling loft pool with elegant seating was the perfect place to relax. The staff at the hotel were incredibly courteous and always willing to help, despite their limited English proficiency. Special mention to Reda, the hotel concierge, who went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delicious and we highly recommend trying the Moroccan Hammam and Massage at the spa.

I recently stayed at Medina Loft & Spa for 6 nights and it was the best decision for our trip. The hotel is located in the quiet and beautiful El Ghoul area. The luxury suites are spacious and well-equipped, with terraces that offer stunning sunset and sunrise views. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the reception area was welcoming. The dinner was good, but the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic - huge and varied, perfect for starting a day of exploring the Medina. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience filled with exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre offered exceptional massages and body wraps, allowing us to relax and unwind. The indoor swimming pool was complemented by a steam room, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath, providing a tranquil atmosphere. Live entertainment performances at the spa lounge and rooftop pool enhanced our stay even further.

The lack of vegetarian options on the menu at the restaurant, as we had to request for special diet menus to be prepared which took some time. However, the delicious continental breakfast made up for this minor issue.
